Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 August 2026. 7LOOP LIMITED, 74 Shopton Road, Birmingham, United Kingdom, B34 6NX. Contact email: help@7looplimited.cloud. Telephone: +44 7411 526074.
1. Agreement to these Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the public website 7looplimited.cloud and the sending of enquiries to 7LOOP LIMITED. They are a legal agreement between you and 7LOOP LIMITED of 74 Shopton Road, Birmingham, United Kingdom, B34 6NX. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Paid design, build and support work is governed by the Terms and Conditions and by any statement of work. If those documents conflict with these Terms of Service on a paid engagement, the Terms and Conditions and statement of work prevail for that engagement. These Terms of Service still govern mere browsing and the public form.
You should also read the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Contact: help@7looplimited.cloud, telephone +44 7411 526074.
2. Who may use the site
The site is intended for adults acting for themselves or for an organisation in connection with tax compliance software, tax filing app development, financial management applications, digital tax solutions and related services. You must have authority to send any message you send. You must not use the site if you are prohibited from contracting under the laws of England and Wales.
We may refuse access, refuse an enquiry, or stop a conversation if we believe the request is unlawful, abusive, a conflict of interest, or outside our craft.
3. No tax advice, no HMRC agency
Content on this website is general information about our software practice. It is not tax advice, legal advice, accounting advice, or a representation that a particular filing will succeed. 7LOOP LIMITED is not a tax agent, is not HMRC, and is not appointed as your agent by your visiting these pages.
Any figures, calendars or examples are illustrative. Tax rules change. You must take advice from a suitably qualified professional before relying on a filing position. Software we may later build can encode processes; it cannot replace professional judgement.
4. Intellectual property
The site’s text, layout, graphics, logo, photographs and code are owned by 7LOOP LIMITED or its licensors. You may view pages for ordinary business evaluation. You may not copy the site to build a competing brochure, scrape it in bulk, or reuse photographs as if they were your studio’s work.
Trade marks of others, including references to HMRC or Making Tax Digital, remain those owners’ property and are used only for identification.
5. Acceptable use
You must not attack the site, probe it except as the law allows for security research we have invited, overload it, inject scripts, harvest emails, or submit malware. You must not use the form to send spam, threats, or other people’s sensitive files. You must not impersonate 7LOOP LIMITED or claim a partnership that does not exist.
You must not attempt to obtain Government Gateway credentials, bank logins, or client data through this site. We will report serious abuse.
6. Enquiries and proposals
Sending a message does not create a contract for software development. We may take a working day or longer to reply. We may decline work without giving a competitive reason. Any future proposal is subject to contract and to the Terms and Conditions.
Information you send may be stored as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not send passwords. Do not send data you cannot lawfully send.
7. Accuracy and availability
We try to keep the site available and accurate. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free pages, or that every case narrative is a promise of the same outcome. Images are atmospheric studio photographs, not pictures of a live HMRC system.
We may change or withdraw pages without notice. Legal pages may be updated as the law or our practice changes.
8. Third-party services
Maps, fonts and links to other organisations are provided for convenience. Their terms apply to your use of those services. We are not responsible for their content or availability.
9. Liability
Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.
For browsing and enquiries, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of filing windows, loss of data, or indirect loss arising from use of the public site, except as the law forbids that limit. If you are a consumer as defined by UK law and you use this site for a purpose that attracts consumer rights, those rights remain. Our ordinary clients are businesses.
If a court finds a limit unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent required.
10. Indemnity for misuse
If you misuse the site, submit unlawful content, or cause us to handle data you had no right to send, you will indemnify 7LOOP LIMITED against resulting losses, claims and reasonable legal costs, except to the extent caused by our own unlawful act.
11. Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-excludable consumer venue rights.
Notices to us may be sent to help@7looplimited.cloud or to 74 Shopton Road, Birmingham, United Kingdom, B34 6NX.
12. General
These Terms of Service are the entire agreement for public site use. A waiver must be written. We may assign our rights to a successor of the business. You may not assign your rights. If a clause is invalid, the rest remains. Headings do not affect interpretation.
We may update these Terms of Service by publishing a new version on this page. The date at the top is the effective date for subsequent visits.
13. Content on the site
Case narratives, service descriptions and metaphors are provided so you can decide whether to enquire. They are not a tender response, not a certification, and not a promise that your organisation will obtain the same visible result. Portfolio stages withhold confidential names where required. You must not treat a withheld name as an invitation to guess and then publish a guess.
We may correct technical descriptions of tax filing app development, tax compliance software and related services when the law or our practice changes. We may also correct typos. A correction is not an admission that a previous reader was misled in law. You should not rely on a cached copy of a service page as a contract.
You may quote short passages for a genuine news report or a procurement note, with attribution to 7LOOP LIMITED. You may not copy the visual system, photographs, or long passages to dress another studio. Photographs are licensed for this site’s atmosphere. They are not stock for your slide deck unless we agree in writing.
14. Linking and framing
You may link to our public pages using ordinary hyperlinks. You may not frame the site inside another property so that it appears to be yours. You may not use our logo as a certification mark. You may not imply HMRC endorsement. You may not imply that we filed your taxes.
If you operate a directory of United Kingdom software firms, a factual listing of 7LOOP LIMITED at 74 Shopton Road, Birmingham, B34 6NX is acceptable. A listing that scrapes our entire copy is not. Write to help@7looplimited.cloud if you want a short approved blurb.
15. Viruses, compatibility and your equipment
You are responsible for your own device, browser and anti-malware. We do not warrant that the site will display identically on every abandoned browser. We target modern evergreen browsers. If you need a print-friendly legal page, use your browser’s print function; the legal body is designed to remain readable on Ghost Chalk surfaces.
You should not download files from a page that is not ours even if it uses our name. Check the domain 7looplimited.cloud. We will not send you an unexpected invoice attachment from a free mail account. If in doubt, telephone +44 7411 526074.
16. Suspension
We may suspend the public form if it is being abused. We may take the site down for maintenance. We may refuse to host a message that contains malware. Suspension of the brochure is not a suspension of a paid contract unless the contract’s hosting is this same site, which it ordinarily is not.
If we believe a message is an attempt to social-engineer Government Gateway access, we may keep a copy for the police and will not enter a friendly correspondence about it.
17. Contact for these Terms of Service
Questions about these Terms of Service: 7LOOP LIMITED, 74 Shopton Road, Birmingham, United Kingdom, B34 6NX, help@7looplimited.cloud, +44 7411 526074. Paid work is quoted separately and is governed by the Terms and Conditions. Do not assume that a clever reading of a hero headline creates a discounted licence. It does not.
These Terms of Service were prepared for a United Kingdom audience in English. If you require a translation for your board, you may commission one; the English version on this page remains the version we issue. A translation error is not our variation.
18. Relationship with other legal pages
The Privacy Policy explains personal data. The Cookie Policy explains storage on your device. The Terms and Conditions explain paid tax compliance software and fintech application development work. These Terms of Service explain only the public website and the act of sending an enquiry. Reading a service page about tax filing app development does not purchase that service. Clicking a cue button does not waive a later contract. If you need a binding build, ask for a statement of work.
We may keep a copy of an enquiry to understand whether 7LOOP LIMITED can help, as described in the Privacy Policy. We will not use an enquiry as permission to file anything with HMRC. We will not use an enquiry as permission to call your bank. We will not treat a telephone call to +44 7411 526074 as acceptance of unlimited liability. Those matters, if they arise at all, belong in a signed Agreement under English law, with Birmingham as the ordinary place of correspondence at 74 Shopton Road, B34 6NX.
