Cookie Policy

Last updated: 17 August 2026. 7LOOP LIMITED, 74 Shopton Road, Birmingham, United Kingdom, B34 6NX. Contact email: help@7looplimited.cloud. Telephone: +44 7411 526074.

1. What this policy covers

This Cookie Policy explains how 7LOOP LIMITED uses cookies and similar technologies on 7looplimited.cloud. It should be read with the Privacy Policy. It applies to the public website operated from the United Kingdom, not automatically to every private application we later build for a client. Client products may have their own cookie notices.

A cookie is a small file stored on your device. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, and scripts that remember a preference. We use the word cookie here to cover those tools unless we need to be more precise.

We keep this site intentionally quiet. It is a control-rig brochure for tax compliance software and related fintech application development, not a media network. That means fewer cookies than a content farm, not zero technical storage.

2. Who is responsible

7LOOP LIMITED of 74 Shopton Road, Birmingham, United Kingdom, B34 6NX is responsible for cookies we set. Email help@7looplimited.cloud. Telephone +44 7411 526074. Third parties such as Google may set cookies if you load Maps or Fonts. They are responsible for their own technologies.

3. How cookies help a serious site

Cookies can keep a session together, remember that you closed a notice, measure whether pages fail, or stop a form from being abused. They can also be used to follow you around the internet. We do not use that second kind on this website.

The law in the United Kingdom, including the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, requires consent for non-essential cookies unless an exemption applies. Essential cookies that are strictly necessary to provide a service you requested can be used without consent. We interpret ‘strictly necessary’ narrowly.

4. Categories we use

Strictly necessary cookies and similar storage: these make the site work. Examples include storing that the mobile menu is open so the page does not break, load-balancing tokens if a host requires them, and security tokens that stop cross-site abuse of forms. These are not used to build a marketing profile.

Functional cookies: these remember a non-essential preference, such as whether you dismissed a banner. We will not pretend a preference cookie is essential. If we add one, we will say so and seek consent where required.

Analytics cookies: we do not currently run a third-party analytics tag that identifies you across sites. If we add a privacy-respecting measurement tool, we will update this policy, name the tool, and seek consent if it is not strictly necessary and not fully anonymised in a way the law treats as outside the cookie rule.

Advertising cookies: we do not run advertising networks, retargeting pixels, or social trackers on 7looplimited.cloud. We do not allow a tax filing app pitch to be followed by an unrelated shop advert because you visited us.

Third-party embedded content: the contact page may load a Google Map of 74 Shopton Road, Birmingham, B34 6NX. Loading that frame is a choice of that page. Google may set cookies according to its policies. Fonts requested from Google Fonts may allow Google to see that your browser requested a file from our pages.

5. What we store in the browser without a classic cookie

The site uses JavaScript to lock body scroll while the mobile menu is open. That state lives in the page for the visit. It is not a permanent identifier. Form validation errors live in the page until you correct them. They are not sent to an advertising graph.

If your browser supports it, you may see cached copies of CSS, images and scripts. Caching is a performance feature of HTTP, not a spy. You can clear your cache at any time.

We do not use device fingerprinting to re-identify you after you clear cookies. We do not use canvas fingerprinting, audio fingerprinting, or font enumeration for tracking.

6. Duration

Session technologies expire when you close the browser or after a short idle period. Persistent technologies, if used, will have a stated maximum life. We will not set a twenty-year cookie for a brochure site. Security cookies may last as long as the host platform requires to keep TLS sessions sane, which is still a short horizon.

Third-party durations are outside our full control. Read Google’s notices if you load Maps or Fonts.

7. Consent, refusal and withdrawal

You can refuse non-essential cookies through any banner we display and through your browser. Browser controls differ. You may block third-party cookies, delete existing cookies, and use private browsing. Blocking all cookies may affect the mobile menu or form posting on some browsers.

If we ask for consent, we will not bury it in this policy. Consent will be unbundled from the legal pages. Silence is not consent. Scrolling is not consent. A pre-ticked box is not consent.

You may withdraw consent as easily as you gave it, by using the same control or by writing to help@7looplimited.cloud. Withdrawal does not make past strictly necessary processing unlawful.

8. Cookies and personal data

An IP address logged with a cookie identifier can be personal data. Our Privacy Policy explains lawful bases, retention and rights. A cookie policy cannot override those rights. Access and erasure still apply, with the usual legal limits.

We do not use cookies to infer special category data. We do not try to guess your tax position from the pages you read. Reading a page about VAT digital packs does not mean you are in VAT.

9. Changes to this policy

If we add analytics, a chat widget, or a new embed, we will update this Cookie Policy and, where required, the consent tool. The date at the top will change. Material changes will not be hidden in a comma.

Client applications we build may use different cookies, including authentication cookies that are strictly necessary to keep a logged-in tax documentation session together. Those will be documented in the product, not retrofitted into this public policy as if they already existed here.

10. Practical list for this version

As of 17 August 2026, 7looplimited.cloud is a static multi-page site. It may set host-level cookies required by the hosting platform for HTTPS and routing. It uses local page scripts for navigation, form checks, scroll reveal, counters, and a desktop-only parallax shift. Those scripts do not phone a marketing grid.

Google Maps, if loaded on contact.html, is a third-party frame for the address 74 Shopton Road, Birmingham, United Kingdom, B34 6NX. Google Fonts, if loaded, is a third-party stylesheet. No Facebook pixel, no LinkedIn insight tag, no TikTok pixel, no ad exchange, no session replay that records your keystrokes on the intake form.

If a future hosting dashboard injects an extra cookie we did not design, we will treat that as a defect to remove or to disclose. Write to help@7looplimited.cloud if you observe a cookie that this policy does not explain. We would rather hear the string snap than pretend we planned it.

11. Server logs compared with cookies

Even if you block cookies, the server may still see an IP address, a user agent string, a requested path, and a time. That is ordinary web hosting, described in the Privacy Policy. It is not a substitute for analytics, and we do not mine it for behavioural advertising.

We do not combine logs with purchased data to enrich a profile of you. We do not sell logs.

12. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

There is no single UK-mandated meaning of a Do Not Track header for every site. If we later run optional analytics, we will honour a clear opt-out control on our page. We will not claim that we magically obey every experimental header from every browser unless we have implemented it.

The honest control is still: do not load third-party frames you dislike, use browser blocking, and write to us.

13. Children

This site is not directed at children. We do not use cookies to market to children. If you are under 18, do not submit the intake form.

14. Contact and complaints

Questions: help@7looplimited.cloud, +44 7411 526074, 74 Shopton Road, Birmingham, B34 6NX. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office about cookies and electronic communications as well as about general data protection.

We will not require you to create an account to refuse a non-essential cookie. We will not price a privacy-hostile version of this brochure as a joke. This is a Birmingham software studio page, not a games publisher.

15. Glossary for operators

First-party cookie: set by 7looplimited.cloud. Third-party cookie: set by another host because a script or frame from that host ran. Session cookie: dies with the session. Persistent cookie: has an expiry. Pixel: a tiny request used to record that a page loaded. Local storage: a browser store scripts can use, similar in privacy effect to a cookie if it identifies you.

Strictly necessary: required to deliver the service you asked for, such as displaying the page, keeping a form submission from being forged, or remembering a cookie-consent choice so we do not ask every second. Not strictly necessary: measuring vanity traffic, advertising, social sharing buttons that phone home.

7LOOP LIMITED will keep this glossary aligned with how the site actually behaves. If the code and this page ever disagree, the safer interpretation for you is the one that assumes less tracking, and the duty on us is to fix the disagreement.

16. Why a tax software studio still needs a cookie policy

People who build tax calculation applications are used to thinking about evidence. Cookies are evidence of a different kind: evidence that a machine stored a token. We document them because UK law requires transparency, and because our clients are entitled to know that the public site is not a second product quietly profiling finance directors.

We also document them so that a procurement questionnaire can be answered without invention. If a questionnaire asks whether we use advertising cookies on the corporate site, the answer is no. If it asks whether Google may process IP addresses when a map loads, the answer is yes if the visitor loads the map.

Accuracy in a cookie policy is part of the same discipline as accuracy in a filing engine. A wrong sentence here is still a wrong sentence.

17. Hosting platform cookies

Some hosts set a cookie to route you to a healthy server, to mitigate denial of service, or to maintain a TLS session. Those cookies are typically short-lived and are not used by 7LOOP LIMITED to send you email. We cannot always rename them. We can choose hosts that do not add marketing cookies as a default.

If you inspect cookies and see a name we have not listed, send a screenshot of the name, value pattern without pasting secrets, and the page URL to help@7looplimited.cloud. We will identify it or remove it.

18. Forms and cookies

The cue intake form posts name, email and message. Validation happens in the browser first. On success you are taken to thanks_you.html. We do not set a cookie that says ‘this person filed a tax enquiry’ for advertising. We may receive the posted fields by the hosting mail or form pipeline described in the Privacy Policy.

We do not use hidden fields to capture your clipboard. We do not use session replay. We do not hash your message into a tracking graph.

19. International readers

This policy is written under UK law. If you visit from elsewhere, your local rules may differ. The site still behaves as described. We do not geo-fence the brochure, and we do not present a different cookie stack by country in this version.

Transfers that occur when you load a United States vendor’s font or map are described in the Privacy Policy’s international section.

20. Updates log in narrative form

This first published version coincides with the launch of the 7looplimited.cloud public site on the date above. Future versions will describe what changed, not merely increment a number. If we ever add analytics, that sentence will appear in this section in plain English.

Until such a change, you should assume the public site is a static presentation of 7LOOP LIMITED’s tax compliance software practice in Birmingham, with the third-party exceptions named in this policy.

Thank you for treating cookies as what they are: small strings that should be held, labelled, and cut when they are not needed.

21. Browser settings in ordinary language

On desktop Safari, Chrome, Edge and Firefox you can show cookies for this site, delete them, and block third parties. On iOS and Android the controls sit inside the browser app, not inside 7LOOP LIMITED. We cannot remotely delete a Google cookie that Google set when you loaded a map. Clearing site data for 7looplimited.cloud will remove first-party storage we control.

Private browsing reduces persistence but still sends an IP address to the host. It is a useful habit for shared machines in an office, not a magic cloak. If you use a shared device at an accountancy practice, log out of everything that is not this brochure, because this brochure has no login.

Corporate proxy logs are the Client’s or the visitor’s employer’s business. We do not receive those logs. If your employer blocks Google Fonts, the site will fall back to system fonts and remain readable. That is intentional.

22. What we will not do with cookies

We will not resell cookie identifiers. We will not sync them with a data broker. We will not use them to infer that you are in a VAT enquiry. We will not use them to price a proposal. Proposals are priced from scope, not from surveillance. We will not run an A/B test that hides legal pages from some visitors. Legal pages stay available.

We will not use a cookie wall that forces advertising cookies as a condition of reading about tax filing app development. If the site cannot work without a strictly necessary token, we will say it is strictly necessary and why. We will not stretch that word.

We will not drop a cookie on thanks_you.html that follows you into an advertising network to celebrate a lead. A confirmation page is a courtesy, not a conversion pixel festival.

23. Relationship with the Privacy Policy

Cookies that identify you engage the Privacy Policy’s lawful bases, rights and retention rules. This Cookie Policy is the technology explanation. The Privacy Policy is the personal-data explanation. If they ever seem to disagree, the stricter transparency duty applies and we will correct the pages. You may exercise rights by writing to help@7looplimited.cloud regardless of which policy you read first.

A cookie is not consent to receive marketing. A cookie is not a contract for software development. A cookie is not acceptance of the Terms and Conditions for paid work. Those are separate strings. We keep them separate on purpose so that a procurement team in Birmingham or elsewhere can tick boxes without guessing.

If you are a parent of a child who loaded this site at school, there is still no marketing cookie to worry about in this version. Please still tell children not to submit other people’s financial details into a public form. That advice is older than cookies and remains good.
